The US ambassador to South Korea has been assaulted by a man wielding a disposable cutter as he went to an address in Seoul.
In pictures telecast by the nation’s Yonhap news org, Mark Lippert was seen holding his face as blood spurted from wounds to his head and left wrist.
Mr Lippert has since experienced 2.5 hours of plastic and orthopedic surgery for the injuries to his cheek and wrist and is relied upon to stay in clinic for 2-3 days
With two terms of presidential rule “Obama” is no more considered apt for the next elections.
Lippert has been close to Obama since he landed in the Senate in 2005. Lippert worked with Obama on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and ventured to the far corners of the planet with the congressperson as he earned the remote arrangement encounter that helped make ready for his presidential battle.
The opponent Koreas – North Korea and South Korea have been separated for quite a long time along the world’s most intensely furnished fringe. The United States stations 28,500 troops in South Korea as a hindrance against North Korea, and some South Koreans see the American vicinity as an obstruction to a brought together Korea.
Having a close powerful friend like US president Obama might have resulted in such a deed to him.
As we all know an enemy’s friend is an enemy too. Maybe this is the reason for the brutal condition of Lippert.
Maybe the disadvantages of being friends with celebrity were a call for this state for him:
· Being friends with a famous person or a celebrity can attract stalkers.
· Celebrities have no privacy and neither do their closed ones.
· This state can attract haters.
A great lesson learnt is that the “How powerful a country is” not what can save you from such attacks. You need to be careful anyways.
